Refunds

Refunds are not available on personal medical items but are considered for circumstances beyond your control. i.e. damaged in transit, incorrect item dispatched. Refund requests are reviewed individually for personal medical items and are provided on a discretionary basis.

For all other items, refunds can be offered less any 3d party fee’s that Vastum Group have incurred, i.e. postage and card transaction fee’s. There are some exceptions where a full refund is offered, i.e. incorrect item dispatched or inaccurate description at the time of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed individually are provided on a discretionary basis.

Rapid Covid-19 SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test Kits

The Excalibur Rapid SARS-COV-2 Antigen Test Kit is available for professional use only under the current UK MHRA registration.

It should be administered by a trained professional in accordance with the product Instructions. Individuals administering the test should wear appropriate PPE.
